Update on Reservation 13: City seeks proposals for downsized development project The Deputy Mayor’s Office for Economic Development (DMPED) has issued a Request for Expressions of Interest for development of Parcels F-1 and G-1 on Reservation 13. on 11th Street Bridge Project October 18, 2012 -- Latest developments • New ramp from 11th Street SE to Southbound I-295 Now Open. • New entrance onto the westbound Southeast Freeway from 11th Street, SE is expected to open in late fall 2012. • Illegal shortcut from 17th Street & Barney Circle to the Southeast Freeway will be closed in stages, beginning September 17, 2012.
